Usage	This creates an image in memory of dimensions WIDTH by HEIGHT, which can be referenced by NAME. BGR, BGG, BGB are the background rgb components. Any file created with this tag should have a .VGIF or .VGI extension so that it will be deleted automatically. If this file extension is not used then the user will have to press reload every time changes are made to the image.
Notes	Black is default background colour, NULL is returned if an image could not be created. You must use iIMAGEDESTROY to remove the image from memory.
