Inline is making the Developer edition of iHTML available for free for anyone. The only restriction on the Developer edition is it will only work from a browser on the machine it is installed on. In other words if you are putting it on your workstation then you need a web server installed (IIS, Apache, WebSite etc...) on the workstation. You can then only use a browser on the workstation machine to access the iHTML pages you create. For global/remote access the pages would need to be on a fully licensed server. The former price on this product was $ 595US.
