Receptionist/Accounting Clerk
Inline is looking for a receptionist/accounting clerk for our new offices in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be an outgoing person with good computer skills. They must be customer centric and be able to juggle multiple tasks successfully. The position entails the following:
- create invoices in accounting system
- handle accounts payable/receivable
- reconcile bank statements
- handle payroll
- answer phones & direct callers
- envelope and send out mail
- greet and make comfortable visitors to the office
- maintain office supplies
- various administrative duties
Must have experience in accounting, MS office and experience with the Internet is advantageous. Opportunities for advancement within the company exist.
Manager - Web Applications Group
Manage the day-to-day operations of one of our web application groups. Work directly with Human Resources to locate, interview, and hire qualified development staff, as needed. Manage development staff. Work with the training coordinator to facilitate and schedule technical and non-technical training sessions. Monitor the performance of development staff and provide regular feedback to staff members. Document and conduct annual performance reviews. Manage HR-related issues.
Ensure that maintenance releases are produced with consideration to timeliness and responsiveness, addressing both bugs and new features. Facilitate the review of product documentation and course materials for each new major release of Inline products. Create product release schedules and work with other managers on overall product direction and design. Create and follow established development methodologies to improve quality and reduce time to market.

Technical Support Representative
Provide technical assistance to Inline customers via telephone or electronically via our Support Forum and mailing list as required. Provide front line support to customers on products such as iHTML and iHTML Merchant. Thoroughly document solutions/techniques and make the information available through our internal and external knowledge bases. Successful candidate will a two-week training session and will have direct access to development department. Participate in the technical review of product documentation prior to the release of a product update. Job also entails confirming bugs and building a example code to send to Engineering.
Must have positive, customer-focused attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to properly set customer expectations. Should possess eagerness to learn and to expand technical skills, and a willingness to find the answers. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Self motivated and able to multi-task. One year software support experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills. Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, Relational Database, Windows NT/2000/XP, Linux and various flavours of UNIX is required.

Web Applications Developer
Work with our seasoned development team in defining, prototyping, developing, supporting and deploying cross platform web applications for our customers worldwide. We are hiring developers to work on our iHTML Merchant suite of web-based ecommerce applications, iHTML auction software and web based mail software. These web applications are written in iHTML (Inline’s server-side programming language). The successful candidate(s) will be involved in every aspect of the software development cycle. This is cross platform software: you will be working on innovative technology for over 25 different operating system/ web server combinations including NT, Novell, MAC OS and every flavour of UNIX.
Applicants must be fluent in HTML and SQL, have substantial coding experience (3+ years) in at least one major programming language and preferably web based languages such as ASP, PHP or Cold Fusion. Strong database development experience as well as knowledge of relevant operating systems. Ability to accurately assess and estimate time required to complete projects. Fast learner, self-directed and able to prioritize between new projects, enhancements and maintenance. Strong communications skills required.
